• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.

• Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation may not be returned, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
• Accounts closed at the member's own request will be processed within 5 business days, with any eligible balance returned to the registered bank account.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not permitted to re-register without written consent from Winn88.
